Gold Plan

THIS PLAN IS FOR THE CLIENT WHO WANTS A GOOD BLEND OF THE platinum and silver PLANS. IT ALLOWS CONSISTENT COACHING, BUT ENCOURAGES CLIENT TO BE MORE SELF ACCOUNTABLE. SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN COACHING AND NO CONCIERGE SERVICES.

Silver Plan

OUR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR CLIENTs WHO STILL WANT THE MONTHLY EXERCISE PROGRAM AND/OR NUTRITION GUIDANCE, BUT ARE MORE SELF- DRIVEN AND CAN HOLD THEMSELVES more ACCOUNTABLE EVERY MONTH.
